Steve joined John Harrington in establishing Harrington Earl during 1999 bringing with him 18 years experience and a commitment to excellence. Steve’s unwavering passion is to provide his clients with the very best result and ensure their complete satisfaction. His straightforward demeanour and no-nonsense approach has made him a favourite with his clients who trust and respect his opinion.

A person of great commitment and passion Steve lives in North Fitzroy and is strongly involved in Rotary, the Fitzroy Football Club and the Fitzroy Bowling Club. With 2 sports mad children you may also see Steve in the Edinburgh Gardens having a vigorous kick of the football with Lachie (Lachlan) or shooting a few hoops with Melissa.

After growing up in South Australia, Rachael made the move to Melbourne to follow her passion for property and people. With a calm and friendly approach, she brings warmth, professionalism, and positivity to everything she does. Having spent years in customer facing roles, Rachael understands the importance of communication, patience, and empathy, qualities she brings into every client interaction.

Whether working with renters or homeowners, Rachael takes pride in making the process as smooth and stress free as possible. Her attention to detail and kind nature help clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Outside of work, Rachael enjoys spending time with her big (and loud!) family, singing her heart out, and expressing her creative side through fashion and beauty. She believes a kind attitude and a steady approach, can go a long way in making every day count.

As an Assistant Property Manager, Callum is currently gaining hands-on experience under the mentorship of Senior Property Manager, Lachie. With a genuine passion for real estate, Callum takes pride in supporting clients with professionalism, care, and a strong commitment to learning. Whether assisting with day-to-day property management tasks or building strong relationships with tenants and property owners, Callum is focused on growing within the industry and contributing to positive outcomes for everyone involved.

Lachie Earl is a Senior Property Manager at Harrington Earl, bringing three years of hands-on experience and a lifetime of industry exposure through his family’s real estate business. Lachie manages a broad portfolio, assisting with leasing and sales, and is known for delivering outstanding service to all clients. He thrives on the fast-paced nature of property management and enjoys building strong, lasting relationships. Outside the office, Lachie can be found catching up with friends at local pubs, watching Australian Rules football, or planning his next travel adventure.

With three years of hands-on experience as a Property Manager at Harrington Earl Real Estate, Amy brings a straightforward, no-nonsense approach to property management. Before stepping into real estate, she honed her multitasking and organizational skills as a chef in the hospitality industry.

Having rented properties for over 20 years across different corners of the world, Amy understands firsthand the challenges and expectations of both rental providers and renters. Her global living experience offers unique insights into international property markets, enriching her perspective on managing local properties with a world-class touch.

Originally from New Zealand, Amy is well-versed in property maintenance and practical solutions, drawing from years of hands-on experience as a renter. She is passionate about connecting people with homes that match their lifestyles and ensuring every property is managed with care and precision. Whether clients are looking to lease, rent, or simply need property advice, Amy is approachable, sensible, and committed to delivering exceptional service.

With over seven years of experience in real estate, Monica is a highly skilled senior property manager overseeing both corporate and residential portfolios. Honoured to represent our clients, she approaches every task with confidence, professionalism – and a great outfit. Monica is committed to building lasting relationships, always going above and beyond to support her clients and team members. She might be pint sized but there’s a strength and feistiness that emerges when needed.

With over 10 years of experience in the real estate industry, Lynette has developed a strong foundation in both reception and administration. She takes pride in creating a welcoming environment for clients and providing dependable support to ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

Lynette genuinely enjoys being part of a team that helps people through some of life’s biggest decisions, and she approaches each day with care, attention to detail, and a commitment to great service.

Outside of work, she finds joy in the simple things — spending time with family and friends, getting lost in a good book, enjoying live music, dancing, and sharing great food with the people she loves.

Having had a successful marketing company before the birth of her children and being the patient partner of Steve Earl for over 30 years, Michelle has never been too far away from real estate having been Steve’s ‘sounding post’ for as long as she can remember.

With over 21 years of experience in trust accounting, Michelle Earl is a seasoned professional known for her expertise, precision, and reliability. She has a deep understanding of financial compliance, reconciliations, and trust fund management, ensuring accuracy and transparency in every aspect of her work.
While highly professional and detail-oriented, Michelle brings a refreshing sense of humor to the workplace, making even the most complex financial matters approachable. She believes that a positive attitude, clear communication, and a touch of wit go a long way in building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.

John founded Harrington Earl with Steve Earl in 1999 with the intention of creating a medium sized boutique agency attuned to their clients needs. A smart corporate image was established and later refreshed in late 2013 which offered a fresh brand, creative ideas and a personal service second to none. Being without the constraints of a franchise John has been able to follow his own path producing a string of outstanding results and winning customers with a peerless level of service.

Having been in the real estate industry since 1985 his passion is obviously property, however, he manages to combine this with his other loves – family, friends,  golf, classic cars and scuba diving to create a wonderfully balanced lifestyle.
