Steve joined John Harrington to establish Harrington Earl in 1999, bringing 18 years of experience and a firm commitment to delivering outstanding results. Known for his straightforward, no-nonsense approach, Steve has built long-standing relationships with clients who value his honesty, insight and dedication.

A committed community leader, Steve has been a Rotarian for more than 25 years, serving multiple terms as President and driving a range of local initiatives. He is particularly proud of his work supporting youth in the City of Yarra, helping young people from public housing estates access sporting and educational opportunities through the Yarra Wildbeasts basketball program and the Great Mates (Gr8M8s) Foundation.
